Qualifications & Work Experience
My name is Charlie Hamblet and I have 16 years experience of working for the N.H.S. In addition to working for the N.H.S as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, (where i work with clients who experience anxiety, depression and other complex disorders such as psychosis and personality disorders), I also offer private cognitive therapy consultations throughout Staffordshire, parts of Cheshire & Derbyshire. I am based in the market town of Leek in the Staffordshire moorlands and provide private cognitive therapy in the surrounding areas. I trained in cognitive therapy at The Salford Cognitive Therapy Training Centre (University of Manchester), which has a national reputation as a centre of excellence for cognitive therapy training in the North West region. I am accredited by The British Association For Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (B.A.B.C.P), as a behavioural and cognitive psychotherapist. __________________________________________________

Recently attended a 5 day workshop on 'Getting the most out of PTSD interventions'. A 5 day intensive training programme by Dr Mervin Smucker.
I have experience of conducting cognitive therapy workshops including presentations for G.Ps.
